Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded leftover turkey
  • 2 cups diced leftover ham
  • 1 cup garlic butter
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 pie crusts

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large skillet, melt the garlic butter over medium heat.
  • Add the diced potatoes to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until slightly tender.
  • Stir in the garlic butter turkey and ham, cooking just until heated through, about 4-5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the flour over the mixture and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  • Add the frozen peas, dried thyme, salt, and black pepper, mixing well.
  • Remove the skillet from heat and let the mixture sit for 5 minutes to thicken further.
  • Place one pie crust in a pie dish and fill it with the turkey and ham mixture.
  • Cover with the second pie crust, sealing the edges and cutting small slits on top for steam.
  • Bake in your preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the crust is golden brown.
  • Let the pie cool for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
