  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a large bowl, beat together melted butter and sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  • Stir in mashed bananas until smooth.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring just until combined.
  • Gently fold in chopped strawberries.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Allow bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
