Irresistible Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce Delight
Baked Brie with Cranberry Sauce made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.
- 1 wheel of Brie cheese approximately 8 ounces
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Crackers baguette slices, or fruit for serving
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the Brie on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Spread the cranberry sauce over the top of the Brie.
Sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped rosemary on top of the cranberry sauce.
Drizzle honey over the top of the assembled Brie.
Bake the Brie for 15-20 minutes, until it is gooey and soft.
Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh fruit.
