Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface.
Cut a circle of pastry to fit the brie.
Place the brie in the center of the dough circle.
Top the brie with cranberry sauce.
Fold the pastry over the brie, sealing it tightly.
Brush the outside of the pastry with the egg wash.
Transfer the wrapped brie to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Garnish with fresh herbs if desired.
