- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- 2 cups shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix
- 1 cup pulled pork or pulled jackfruit for vegetarian
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce optional
