  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 cup powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your baking pan.
