Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese cut into cubes
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for frying
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the shrimp by rinsing and patting them dry.
  • Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
  • Set up a breading station with beaten eggs, breadcrumbs, and the seasoned shrimp.
  • Dip each shrimp in the beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
