- 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup cheddar cheese cut into cubes
- 1 pint cherry tomatoes halved

Prepare the shrimp by rinsing and patting them dry.
Season the shrimp with salt and pepper.
