Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut slits into each kielbasa slice without cutting all the way through, creating a hasselback pattern.
In a small bowl, mix together the maple syrup, BBQ sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Brush the sauce mixture over the kielbasa, making sure to get in between the slices.
Place the kielbasa bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the kielbasa is browned and caramelized.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot. Enjoy!
