Easy Maple BBQ Hasselback Kielbasa Bites Recipe You Can Master

Ingredients

  • 1 kielbasa sausage
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut the kielbasa into 1-inch thick slices, making sure not to cut all the way through. Place the kielbasa on the prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the maple BBQ mixture over the kielbasa, making sure to get in between the slices.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the kielbasa is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
  • Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
