Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the kielbasa into 1-inch thick slices, making sure not to cut all the way through. Place the kielbasa on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, BBQ sauce, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Brush the maple BBQ mixture over the kielbasa, making sure to get in between the slices.
Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the kielbasa is cooked through and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
