Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your Bundt pan.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  • In another bowl, combine granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vegetable oil, and mix until combined.
  • Add eggs and vanilla extract to the sugar mixture, mixing well.
  • Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
  • Fold in the chopped apples gently into the batter, ensuring even distribution.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared Bundt pan and smooth the top.
