Delicious Turkey Meatballs for Every Occasion

Turkey Meatballs made approachable with clear cues, pantry staples, and flexible swaps.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, minced garlic, egg, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and milk. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated, but be careful not to overmix.
  • Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place the formed meatballs on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring they are spaced evenly apart.
  • Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and have reached an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  • Once cooked, remove the meatballs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy them with marinara sauce, in a sub, or on their own with a side of veggies.
