Ingredients

  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup marinara sauce
  • 1/4 cup sliced pepperoni
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.
  • Place a slice of bread, buttered side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
