Season the chicken breasts with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add chicken broth and scrape up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for an additional 10 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through and the sauce has thickened.
Sprinkle with chopped parsley before serving. Enjoy!
