Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Chopped green onions for garnish
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  • If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.
  • In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken cubes and toss to coat. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  • Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat. Cook skewers for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through and has grill marks.
  • Meanwhile, make the bang sauce by whisking together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey until smooth.
  • Remove chicken skewers from the grill and drizzle or brush with bang sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve immediately.
