1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

Zest and juice of 1 lemon

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add Brussels sprouts, cut side down, and cook undisturbed for 5 minutes until browned.

Stir in garlic, season with salt and pepper, and sauté for another 5–7 minutes until tender.

Remove from heat and toss with lemon zest and juice. Serve warm.
