Winter Citrus Pomegranate Salad Recipe: Fresh, Healthy & Flavorful

  • 5 oz Baby Spinach or Spring Mix

  • 1 Orange, peeled and sliced

  • 1 Blood Orange, peeled and sliced

  • 1/2 cup Pomegranate Seeds

  • 1/4 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled

  • 1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil

  • 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Place greens in a large salad bowl.

  2. Arrange orange slices, blood orange slices, and pomegranate seeds over the greens.

  3. Sprinkle feta cheese and walnuts on top.

  4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  5. Toss gently and season with salt and pepper to taste.

  6. Serve fresh and enjoy!
