Ingredients
For the White Sauce:

1 tablespoon butter

½ head garlic, minced

1½ teaspoons all-purpose flour

¾ cup heavy cream

¾ cup shredded Parmesan cheese

¼ teaspoon dried parsley

Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Pizza:

1 prebaked 12-inch pizza crust
-
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
-
2 green onions, chopped
-
1 small Roma tomato, diced
-
1 jar (4 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

½ cup cooked, cubed chicken
Instructions

Preheat the oven: Set oven to 450°F. If using a pizza stone, place it in the oven while preheating.

Make the white sauce:
In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and cook until softened. Set aside half of the garlic. Stir in flour until smooth, then gradually add cream. Cook until bubbling and thickened. Stir in Parmesan and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. -
Assemble the pizza:
Spread the white sauce over the pizza crust. Top with mozzarella, green onions, tomato, artichoke hearts, chicken, and reserved garlic. -
Bake:
Bake for 8–10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove and let cool slightly before slicing.
