1 lb Potato Gnocchi

2 cups Fresh Spinach

1 cup Ricotta Cheese

1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 jar (24 oz) Marinara Sauce

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder

Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Cook gnocchi according to package directions; drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and cook until wilted.

In the prepared baking dish, spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom.

Toss gnocchi, spinach, and remaining marinara sauce together; season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Spoon ricotta cheese in small dollops over the gnocchi mixture.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly on top.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
