Ingredients
-
1 lb ground beef
-
1 tsp chili powder
-
½ cup salsa
-
2–3 cups chopped cabbage
-
¾ cup shredded cheddar cheese
-
Chopped green onions for garnish
Instructions
-
Cook the beef: In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked. Drain any excess grease.

Add flavor: Stir in the chili powder and salsa, mixing well to coat the beef.
-
Add cabbage: Mix in the chopped cabbage. Reduce heat to medium, cover, and cook for about 10 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender to your liking.
-
Add cheese: Remove the lid and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top. Let it melt over low heat.
-
Garnish and serve: Once the cheese is melted, top with chopped green onions and serve hot.
