Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, corn kernels, halved cherry tomatoes, chopped red onion, and chopped cilantro. Stir to mix.

Add the crumbled cotija cheese to the bowl and stir to combine.

In a separate mixing bowl, whisk together the sour cream, salsa, lime juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth.
