Strawberry Ice Cream Cake – A Delicious No-Bake Dessert for Every Occasion

  • 1 package Golden Sandwich Cookies (like Golden Oreos), crushed

  • 1/4 cup Butter, melted

  • 1/2 gallon Strawberry Ice Cream, slightly softened

  • 1 container (8 oz) Whipped Topping (like Cool Whip)

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced

  • 1/2 cup Strawberry Syrup (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix crushed cookies with melted butter. Press into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust.

  • Spread softened strawberry ice cream evenly over the crust. Freeze for 30 minutes.

  • Spread whipped topping over the ice cream layer.

  • Top with fresh strawberry slices and drizzle with strawberry syrup if desired.

  • Freeze for at least 2 hours or until firm.

 

  • Let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
