- 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla pudding mix (cook-and-serve, not instant)
- 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin mix
- 2 cups water
- 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
- 3 cups mini marshmallows
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

Prepare the Pudding and Gelatin Mixture:
- In a medium saucepan, combine the vanilla pudding mix, strawberry gelatin mix, and water.
- Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
- Once boiling, remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or until the mixture has set and is firm.

Combine with Remaining Ingredients:
- After the mixture has set, use an electric hand mixer to beat it until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
- Add the mini marshmallows and chopped fresh strawberries, folding gently to incorporate.

Chill and Serve:
- Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh strawberries if desired.
