  • Author: Mary

Ingredients

Scale

  • 1 package (3.4 ounces) vanilla pudding mix (cook-and-serve, not instant)
  • 1 package (3 ounces) strawberry gelatin mix
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 container (8 ounces) Cool Whip, thawed
  • 3 cups mini marshmallows
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and chopped

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Pudding and Gelatin Mixture:

    • In a medium saucepan, combine the vanilla pudding mix, strawberry gelatin mix, and water.
    • Whisk the mixture over medium heat until it comes to a boil.
    • Once boiling, remove from heat and pour into a large mixing bowl.
    • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours, or until the mixture has set and is firm.
  2. Combine with Remaining Ingredients:

    • After the mixture has set, use an electric hand mixer to beat it until smooth and creamy.
    • Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until well combined.
    • Add the mini marshmallows and chopped fresh strawberries, folding gently to incorporate.
  3. Chill and Serve:

    • Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
    • Serve chilled, garnished with additional fresh strawberries if desired.
