  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, dairy—it’s up to you!)
  • ¼ cup plain yogurt (optional for creaminess and probiotics)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)
  • ½ banana, sliced
  • ¼ cup strawberries, sliced

Instructions

  • Mix oats, milk, yogurt, chia seeds, and honey in a jar.

  • Add sliced strawberries and banana on top.

  • Stir, cover, and refrigerate overnight.

 

  • In the morning, stir and enjoy cold or warmed.
