Base Mix

  • 2 cups 100% cranberry juice (unsweetened or lightly sweetened)

  • 2 cups pomegranate juice (unsweetened preferred)

  • 1 cup orange juice (fresh squeezed or not-from-concentrate)

  • ¼ cup lemon juice (about 2 lemons)

Sweetener (optional)

  • ¼ cup simple syrup or maple syrup (to taste)

Sparkling Element (choose one)

  • 1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine, champagne, or prosecco

  • OR 2 cups sparkling water or club soda for a mocktail version

Garnishes

  • Orange slices

  • Lime or lemon wheels

  • Pomegranate seeds

  • Fresh cranberries

  • Mint sprigs

  • Rosemary sprigs (for winter feel)

  • Ice (optional—use a large ice ring or cubes)


Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Base

  1. In a large pitcher or bowl, combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.

  2. Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup or maple syrup.

Step 2: Chill Thoroughly

  1. Refrigerate the juice mixture for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

  2. Chill the sparkling wine or soda separately to preserve bubbles.

Step 3: Assemble the Punch

  1. Just before serving, pour the chilled juice base into a punch bowl.

  2. Slowly add the sparkling wine or soda.

  3. Stir gently to combine—don’t flatten the fizz!

Step 4: Garnish and Serve

  1. Add citrus slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds directly to the bowl.

  2. Float fresh mint or rosemary sprigs for aroma.

  3. Serve over ice if desired.
