1 bottle (750 ml) sparkling wine, champagne, or prosecco

OR 2 cups sparkling water or club soda for a mocktail version

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Base

In a large pitcher or bowl, combine cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, orange juice, and lemon juice.

Taste and adjust sweetness with simple syrup or maple syrup.
Step 2: Chill Thoroughly

Refrigerate the juice mixture for at least 2 hours (or overnight).

Chill the sparkling wine or soda separately to preserve bubbles.
Step 3: Assemble the Punch

Just before serving, pour the chilled juice base into a punch bowl.

Slowly add the sparkling wine or soda.

Stir gently to combine—don’t flatten the fizz!
Step 4: Garnish and Serve

Add citrus slices, cranberries, and pomegranate seeds directly to the bowl.

Float fresh mint or rosemary sprigs for aroma.

Serve over ice if desired.
