1 (4 oz) jar diced pimentos, drained

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the shredded Cheddar cheese, softened cream cheese, and mayonnaise.

Add the drained pimentos, minced jalapeño (if using), garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), and onion powder.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined and creamy.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to meld.

Serve chilled with crackers, on sandwiches, or as a dip for fresh vegetables.
