  1. Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.

  2. Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix together the ground sausage, softened cream cheese, biscuit mix, shredded cheddar cheese, and thawed hashbrowns. Ensure all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

  3. Form the Bites: Using your hands, shape the mixture into balls about 1½ inches in diameter. Place them evenly spaced on the prepared baking sheet.
