  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons red onion, thinly sliced

  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice (fresh)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon sugar (optional)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. In a large bowl, toss cucumber slices, dill, and red onion.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, sugar (if using), salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over cucumber mix and toss gently to coat.

  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 15–30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
