  • 1 cup Frozen Peaches

  • 1/2 Banana

  • 1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ginger, grated

  • 1 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)

  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional)

  • Pinch of Cinnamon


Instructions

 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed with a bit more honey.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled!
