Peach Caprese Salad – Easy Summer Recipe with Fresh Mozzarella, Basil & Balsamic

  • 2 ripe peaches, sliced

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced

  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or in small balls

  • Fresh basil leaves

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)

  • Salt and black pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. On a large serving plate, alternate slices of peach, tomato, and mozzarella.

  2. Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the slices.

  3. Drizzle olive oil evenly over the salad.

  4. Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze or a light splash of balsamic vinegar.

  5. Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. Serve immediately as a fresh summer appetizer or side!
