2 ripe peaches, sliced

2 large tomatoes, sliced

8 oz fresh mozzarella, sliced or in small balls

Fresh basil leaves

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic glaze (or balsamic vinegar)

Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions

On a large serving plate, alternate slices of peach, tomato, and mozzarella.

Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the slices.

Drizzle olive oil evenly over the salad.

Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze or a light splash of balsamic vinegar.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Serve immediately as a fresh summer appetizer or side!
