Nutella French Toast Roll-Ups: Irresistible Breakfast Treats You’ll Love

  • 8 slices white sandwich bread (crusts removed)

  • 1/2 cup Nutella spread

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons butter (for frying)

  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


Instructions

 

  1. Flatten each slice of bread with a rolling pin until thin.

  2. Spread about 1 tablespoon of Nutella along one edge of each bread slice.

  3. Roll up tightly, starting from the Nutella side. Set aside seam-side down.

  4. In a shallow bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla extract.

  5. In another small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon together.

  6. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.

  7. Dip each roll-up into the egg mixture, coating all sides, then place in the skillet.

  8. Cook roll-ups for about 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown all over.

  9. Immediately roll hot French toast sticks in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat.

  10. Serve warm, with a dusting of powdered sugar or fresh berries if desired.
