No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna – A Creamy & Irresistible Dessert

  • 2 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs, divided

  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted

  • 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 2 containers (8 ounces each) frozen whipped topping, thawed

  • 1 container (16 ounces) fresh strawberries, divided


Instructions

 

  1. Prepare the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix 2 cups of graham cracker crumbs with the melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9×13-inch glass or porcelain dish to form the crust. Place the dish in the freezer for about 10-15 minutes to set.

  2. Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and creamy. Fold in one container of the thawed whipped topping until fully incorporated. Spread this mixture evenly over the chilled graham cracker crust.

  3. Add the Strawberry Layer: Set aside 5-6 whole strawberries for garnish. Wash, hull, and slice the remaining strawberries. Arrange the sliced strawberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.

  4. Top with Whipped Topping: Spread the second container of whipped topping over the strawberry layer, covering the strawberries completely.

  5. Chill the Dessert: Refrigerate the assembled dessert for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to allow it to set properly.

  6. Garnish and Serve: Before serving, decorate the top with the reserved whole and chopped strawberries. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs over the top for added texture and presentation. Slice into squares and enjoy this delightful, no-bake treat!
