Ingredients
Base Layer:

1 1/2 cups Graham Cracker Crumbs

1/2 cup Melted Butter
Caramel Layer:

1/2 cup Butter

1/2 cup Brown Sugar

1 can (14 oz) Sweetened Condensed Milk
Chocolate Layer:

1 1/2 cups Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

1 tbsp Butter
Instructions

Base: Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter. Press firmly into the bottom of a lined 8×8-inch pan. Chill in fridge.

Caramel: In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar. Stir in sweetened condensed milk. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly for 5–7 minutes until thickened.

Pour caramel over the chilled base. Return to fridge to set for 30 minutes.

Chocolate: Melt chocolate chips and 1 tbsp butter in the microwave or over a double boiler. Stir until smooth.

Spread melted chocolate over set caramel layer. Chill until fully firm (about 1–2 hours).

Cut into squares and enjoy!
