1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup granulated sugar

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

½ cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)

1 tub whipped topping (8 oz)

Lime zest (for garnish, optional)
Instructions

Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into a 9-inch pie dish. Chill crust for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, whisk together condensed milk and key lime juice until smooth.

Fold in whipped topping until fully blended.

Pour filling into chilled crust and smooth the top.

Chill in refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.

Garnish with lime zest before serving, if desired.
