1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers

3 tablespoons melted butter

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

½ cup sugar

1 egg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 banana, thinly sliced

Whipped topping (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

Mix crushed wafers and butter, press into bottoms of liners.

Beat cream cheese, sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth.

Spoon mixture over crusts, top with banana slice.

Bake for 15–18 minutes. Cool, then chill in fridge 2+ hours.

Top with whipped topping before serving.
