In a blender or food processor, combine the sliced mangoes with 1 cup of milk. Blend until smooth to create a mango puree.

Pour the mango puree into a large bowl. Add the remaining 1 cup of milk, honey, and chia seeds.

Stir the mixture thoroughly to ensure the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight to allow the pudding to set.
