Mango Avocado Salad with Lime Dressing: A Refreshing and Healthy Delight

  • 2 ripe mangos, diced

  • 2 ripe avocados, diced

  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

  • Juice of 1 lime

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Optional Add-ins:

  • 1 small jalapeño, finely diced (for heat)

  • Cherry tomatoes, halved

  • Mixed greens for a base


Instructions

 

  1. In a large bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, and cilantro.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

  3. Pour dressing over the salad ingredients and gently toss to coat.

  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve immediately as a side or with grilled chicken or fish.
