  • 1 package (3 oz) instant ramen noodles (discard seasoning packet)

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Cook the Ramen Noodles:

    • Bring a pot of water to a boil.

    • Add the ramen noodles and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender.

    • Drain and set aside.

  • Prepare the Cheese Sauce:

    • In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter.

    • Stir in the flour and cook for about 1 minute to form a roux.

    • Gradually whisk in the milk, ensuring no lumps form.

    • Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens.

    • Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

 

  • Combine and Serve:

    • Add the cooked ramen noodles to the cheese sauce.

    • Stir until the noodles are well coated with the sauce.

    • Serve hot and enjoy!
