4 cod fillets (about 6 oz each)

3 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 lemon, juiced and zested

1 teaspoon paprika

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat cod dry and place in a baking dish.

In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, zest, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Pour mixture over cod and coat evenly.

Bake uncovered for 12–15 minutes, or until cod flakes easily with a fork.

Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon wedges.
