Homemade Cheesy Garlic Bread – Buttery, Crispy & Loaded with Cheese

  • 1 loaf French or Italian bread

  • ½ cup salted butter, softened

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Slice bread in half lengthwise and place cut-side up on the baking sheet.

  3. In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.

  4. Spread garlic butter over each half of the bread.

  5. Sprinkle mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses evenly over the bread.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  7. For a crispy top, broil for 1-2 minutes, watching closely.

  8. Let cool slightly, garnish with parsley if desired, then slice and serve warm.
