Ingredients
For the Cheeseball Base:

2 (8 oz) blocks cream cheese, softened

1½ cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 tsp garlic powder

½ tsp onion powder

½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1 tbsp chopped green onion or chives

Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Mix-ins:

⅓ cup chopped pecans or walnuts

¼ cup diced red bell pepper

¼ cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
For Garnish & Decoration:

½ cup chopped fresh parsley

¼ cup dried cranberries
-
¼ cup chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)

Small sprigs of rosemary or thyme
-
Mini bell pepper rings, pomegranate arils, or sliced olives for color
For Serving:

Crackers, pita chips, sliced baguette, or veggie sticks
Instructions
Step 1: Mix the Cheeseball Base

In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth.

Add cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme, Worcestershire, parsley, and green onion.

Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Step 2: Shape Into a Wreath

Lay a large piece of plastic wrap on your work surface.

Scoop the cheese mixture into the center and form into a log shape.

Join the ends to form a circle. Wrap tightly and refine the shape into a wreath.

Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until firm.
Step 3: Decorate

Unwrap the cheeseball wreath and place it on a serving platter.

Press chopped parsley around the outside to mimic greenery.

Decorate with cranberries, nuts, and herb sprigs to resemble ornaments and garland.

For more flair, add thin slices of mini peppers, edible glitter, or a drizzle of honey.
Step 4: Serve
Place crackers, bread slices, or vegetables around the wreath and serve at room temperature.
