  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  • ½ cup red grapes, halved

  • 2 celery stalks, diced

  • ¼ cup red onion, finely chopped

  • ¼ cup salted almonds, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and Dijon mustard.

  2. Add grapes, celery, red onion, almonds, and parsley.

  3. Season with sea salt and black pepper.

  4. Stir everything together until fully mixed.
