4 Salmon Fillets (about 6 oz each)

1 tablespoon Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning

1 cup Cantaloupe, diced small

1 cup Cucumber, diced small

1 tablespoon Red Onion, finely diced

1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice

1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with lemon pepper.

Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until it flakes easily with a fork.

In a bowl, combine cantaloupe, cucumber, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon the fresh salsa over the grilled salmon and serve immediately.
