Grilled Salmon with Cucumber Melon Salsa: A Refreshing, Flavorful Recipe

  • 4 Salmon Fillets (about 6 oz each)

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

  • 1 teaspoon Lemon Pepper Seasoning

  • 1 cup Cantaloupe, diced small

  • 1 cup Cucumber, diced small

  • 1 tablespoon Red Onion, finely diced

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Lime Juice

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Cilantro, chopped

  • Salt and Pepper to taste


Instructions

 

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

  2. Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and season with lemon pepper.

  3. Grill salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until it flakes easily with a fork.

  4. In a bowl, combine cantaloupe, cucumber, red onion, lime juice, and cilantro. Stir well. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. Spoon the fresh salsa over the grilled salmon and serve immediately.
