1 cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions

Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through (165°F inside).

Blend feta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth and fluffy.

Serve grilled chicken on a platter with a generous dollop of whipped feta.
