Grilled Greek Chicken with Creamy Whipped Feta – A Flavorful Mediterranean Dish

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • ¼ cup olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese

  • ¼ cup cream cheese (softened)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (for feta)

  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for feta)


Instructions

 

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

  2. Marinate chicken in mixture for at least 30 minutes.

  3. Grill chicken over medium heat until cooked through (165°F inside).

  4. Blend feta, cream cheese, lemon juice, and olive oil until smooth and fluffy.

  5. Serve grilled chicken on a platter with a generous dollop of whipped feta.
