- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
- Oil for brushing the grill
For the Mango Avocado Salsa:
- 1 cup diced ripe mango
- 1 cup diced Hass avocado
- ¼ cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped jalapeño pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Prepare the Chicken:
- Sprinkle the chili powder and salt evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts, pressing gently to adhere the seasoning.

Grill the Chicken:
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat and lightly brush with oil to prevent sticking.
- Place the seasoned chicken breasts on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes to retain its juices.

- In a medium bowl, combine the diced mango, avocado, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with fresh lime juice and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
