  • Author: Mary

Ingredients

Scale

  • 2 racks Baby Back Ribs (about 4 lbs)

  • 1 tablespoon Paprika

  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder

  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika (optional)

BBQ Glaze (no alcohol):

  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce (your favorite kind)

  • 1/4 cup Apple Juice

  • 2 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon Honey

  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs and pat dry.

  2. Mix dry rub ingredients and apply evenly to ribs. Let sit for 30 minutes.

  3. Preheat grill to medium (around 300°F) or oven to same temp if baking.

  4. Wrap ribs in foil and grill or bake for 2–2.5 hours until tender.

  5. While cooking, mix glaze ingredients in a saucepan. Simmer for 5 minutes.

  6. Unwrap ribs, brush with glaze, and grill uncovered (or broil) for 10–15 minutes, basting as needed.

  7. Slice and serve with extra sauce on the side!
