Ingredients
For the Chicken and Marinade:

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs

¼ cup olive oil

2 tbsp lemon juice

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning

½ tsp paprika (optional)
For the Parmesan Finish:

½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

2 tbsp melted butter (optional for basting)

Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions

Make the Marinade:
Mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and herbs. -
Marinate Chicken:
Place chicken in a resealable bag or shallow dish. Pour in the marinade and refrigerate for 30 minutes to overnight. -
Preheat Grill:
Heat grill to medium-high (around 400°F). Oil the grates. -
Grill Chicken:
Remove chicken from marinade and place on the grill. Cook 5–7 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. -
Finish with Parmesan:
Sprinkle Parmesan over chicken in the final minute. Optionally, brush with melted butter.

Rest and Serve:
Let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
