  • Author: Mary

Ingredients

Scale
  • pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • ⅛ teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Season the Chicken:

    • In a bowl, toss the chicken pieces with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  2. Cook the Chicken:

    • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.

    • Add the seasoned chicken to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is browned and fully cooked, about 6-8 minutes.

  3. Add Garlic and Butter:

    • Reduce the heat to medium.

    • Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the chicken.

    • Stir continuously for about 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and the butter has melted, coating the chicken evenly.

  4. Add Parmesan and Parsley:

    • Remove the skillet from heat.

    • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley over the chicken.

    • Toss to combine, ensuring each piece is well-coated.

  5. Serve:

    • Transfer the chicken bites to a serving dish.

    • Serve warm as an appetizer with toothpicks or over salads and pasta dishes.
