Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles, cooked and drained

1 ½ lbs shrimp (peeled and deveined)

3 tablespoons butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups ricotta cheese
-
1 egg
-
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

½ cup grated Parmesan
-
2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a skillet, melt butter and cook garlic for 1–2 minutes. Add shrimp, lemon juice, and seasoning; cook until pink. Set aside.

In a bowl, mix ricotta, egg, salt, and pepper.

In a 9×13 baking dish, layer noodles, ricotta mixture, shrimp, and mozzarella. Repeat layers.

Top with Parmesan and bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until bubbly.

Garnish with parsley and let rest 10 minutes before serving.
