2 cups Old-Fashioned Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Almond Butter

1/2 cup Honey

1/2 cup Dried Cranberries

1/2 cup Chopped Nuts (like almonds, walnuts, or pecans)

1/4 cup Sunflower Seeds

1/4 cup Mini Chocolate Chips (optional)

1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Salt
Instructions

Preheat oven to 325°F. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix oats, dried cranberries, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and salt.

In a small pan, warm almond butter and honey over low heat until smooth.

Pour the almond butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well to coat.

Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan using a spatula.

Bake for 20–25 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges.

Let cool completely before cutting into bars.
