3 ripe peaches, sliced

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Fresh basil leaves

2 cups arugula or mixed greens

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar

Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and greens.

Add feta and fresh basil leaves.

Drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over the top.

Gently toss everything together until well coated.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
